In relative terms the Conveyancing Department is a new addition to the Practice and came about after happy client’s, local estate agencies and other connections we have asking if we did Conveyancing or if we would consider it, they liked the friendly and straightforward service we had provided throughout their accident claim and wanted the same friendly, approachable service when buying/selling or re-mortgaging.
As a result of these requests The Conveyancing Department was opened and within the first 12 months we had seen over 300 matters come into the Practice, this was not a growth rate we were expecting, we were also not expecting to be receiving instructions from clients locally and nationally, but we did, even as far down as Cornwall (with the client deciding to come and visit us when he came to visit his parents in the area)
The growth of the department was such that we needed to employ another member of staff within 9 months of its opening.
Again to ensure the high standard of service, unlike other Practices who have secretaries undertaking a lot of the process, here at A2 we employ fully qualified Licensed Conveyancers who have approximately 10 years’ experience in property as well as the formal Licensed Conveyancing Qualifications.
